Our refund policy at My Divine Sutra is simple and customer-friendly. We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return under our refund policy, contact us at mydivinesutra@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: (INSERT RETURN ADDRESS). Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is accepted, we'll send a return shipping label with full instructions.
Damages and Issues

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging, along with your receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at mydivinesutra@gmail.com.
